Set in the former Jonass department store from 1928 - featuring a roof pool, several restaurants and a cinema of its own. Overnight hotel guests may use all of the members' areas.
Housed in a 1928 Bauhaus building on Torstraße, Soho House is both a members' club and a design hotel. A rooftop pool, its own cinema and several restaurants create a mood in which you gladly linger even without a set program.
Positioned where Mitte gives way to Prenzlauer Berg, the house ties sightseeing together with the creative life of the neighborhood; Hackescher Markt, Rosenthaler Platz and the nightlife along Torstraße are all reachable on foot.
One easily overlooked plus: overnight guests may use all the members' areas, including the rooftop pool and spa - which puts the price in perspective for anyone who plans to spend their stay in the house. If you are mostly out and about, though, you will barely tap into that extra.
Mitte
Stately, steeped in history, urban and elegant. By day tourists set the scene, by evening it is theater and fine dining.
